Bearing large loads

In connection with the ideally-aligned flanges, the warp beam tubes by Scholze Germany provide a permanently utilisable assembly. Standard warp beam tubes acc. DIN in diameters of 150, 219.1 and 270 mm are included in the Scholze Germany delivery program including robust flat flanges. If required, we also produce manufacturer-specific dimensions.

 

Due to their constructional design and the generously-dimensioned cross-sections, the warp beam tubes guarantee high load adsorption with rapid adjustability. The sturdy locking system guarantees a secure connection between the tube and the flange. Due to the standardised production, all components are completely interchangeable.

The surfaces of all warp beam tubes can be treated by us in accordance with the specific requirements. The tried and tested spray zinc aluminium process is usually the preferred method. Here the fine grain creates an outstanding surface adhesion. In addition to excellent corrosion protection, this surface variation provides the yarn entrainment effect. Therefore, it is mainly possible to do without buttonholes or adhesive tapes.

  • 3.7 mm minimum wall thickness under the thread: max. flange diameter 800 mm
  • 6.0 mm minimum wall thickness under the thread: max. flange diameter 1000 mm
  • 7.5 mm minimum wall thickness under the thread: max. flange diameter over 1000 mm
  • 12.5 mm minimum wall thickness under the thread, smooth: smooth tube during the application of chemical yarns (endless)
